Coaching: A Cornerstone for Change

This five-series professional learning experience is centered on the coaching skills defined in Wisconsin's Coaching Competency Practice Profile. Participants can expect to learn, reflect, and practice skills centered around relationship development, coaching conversations, change facilitation, and equity mindset. Coaches will also consider the power of coaching teams and systems.

The morning of day one will explore building the importance of the coach/principal relationship as well as systems of coaching support. Principal/Leadership attendance for the morning of day one is strongly encouraged. The price covers the cost of ONE Principal/Leader to attend for the morning of day one and their lunch.
