The overarching purpose of the Early Learning Technical Assistance and Implementation (EL-TAI) project is to improve positive outcomes for preschool children with disabilities in Wisconsin, by providing universal, targeted, and intensive supports and leadership to Local Education Agencies (LEAs) through the use of equitable and evidence-based inclusive practices.
