CESA #12 consultants are equipped to help your leaders implement a strong support system for teacher and leader growth in either model for Educator Effectiveness. To remain in compliance with state expectations for educator effectiveness, districts need to complete the Educator Effectiveness Cycle for mandated educators as defined by Act 166.
