High Quality Instructional Materials

Mounting evidence suggests that providing teachers with access to high-quality, standards-aligned instructional materials and curriculum-based professional learning results in improved student outcomes, making this an equity research-based continuous improvement strategy.

CESA 12 aims to improve support for all teachers by ensuring that districts have the information they need to select high-quality instructional materials, and to provide professional learning for all staff that supports effective review and implementation of those materials.
