This service provides districts with a reading specialist and may include the following based on the district’s needs: 

Assist in district development and implementation of a comprehensive literacy plan in grade K-12

Work with administrators to support and implement the reading curriculum

Conduct literacy walk-throughs to gather evidence

Coordinate the reading curriculum with reading programs and literacy support services within the district.
