School District of Winter Superintendent
Job Description:
The School District of Winter is seeking an energetic individual for the position of Superintendent. The district serves approximately 210 students in grades 4K - 12. The candidate of choice will have demonstrated strong communication skills with students, staff, parents, community, and the School Board.
Qualifications:
A successful candidate should have a solid understanding of the Wisconsin school finance model, curriculum development, continuous improvement, human resource management, and facility management. The candidate should also have a deep understanding of educator effectiveness and the implementation of a multi-level system of support.
Requirements:
Must hold or be eligible for Wisconsin School District Administrator licensure or near the completion of the certification program.

Administrative Assistant (Special Education & Pupil Services)
Job Description:
Cooperative Educational Service Agency (CESA) #12 is seeking an energetic, driven, team focused individual for the position of Administrative Assistant within our agency. CESA #12 provides cooperative educational services to 17 school districts across the northwestern corner of Wisconsin, impacting approximately 14,000 students in pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade. The agency is seeking a self-starter who is ready to serve a diverse, rural northern Wisconsin learning community.
Responsibilities for this position include; providing direct support to a statewide contract; professional learning event management; supporting districts in Medicaid billing processes; assisting program directors in budget and fiscal management of programs; supporting CESA 12 educational consultants; promoting CESA 12 programs and services; collaborating and communicating with stakeholders; and providing excellent customer service to our regional districts.
Qualifications:
Broad knowledge of administrative functions and communication skills
Proficiency in budget creation, fiscal maintenance, and bookkeeping
Knowledge of office practices and procedures, terminology, and equipment
Proficiency in Google Workspace tools
Ability to maintain accurate and complete records and prepare clear and detailed data reports
Excellent organization and multitasking skills
Proficiency with video conferencing
Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, clients and public
Requirements:
Applicants must hold an Associate’s degree or higher in an office, clerical, or finance-related field. Experience in fiscal procedures is preferred. A minimum of 3-5 years of office experience is preferred.
