Instructional Coaching

The Instructional coaching program will provide instructional coaching services within a district’s framework of teaching and learning. 

• CESA 12 consultants, who have been trained in best practice instructional coaching methods, will travel on site to coach teachers and school teams around areas of growth to encourage collaborative and reflective practices. 
• This coaching experience is designed to enhance leadership skills, provide job-embedded professional learning, and offer support for teachers and teams with the aim of improving teaching practices and student learning.
