Principal Leadership Network Meeting September 22, 2022 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM Principal leadership enhances teaching and learning. Principals LEAD strong shared leadership teams that cultivate a positive culture and drive the need for continuous improvement at all levels of support. CESA 12 creates a network regionally for principals to come together. A space to share resources, learn about state updates and initiatives, and provide an opportunity to build professional role-alike relationships outside district boundaries. It is a space for building leaders to grow individually as well as together. The network offers collaborative breakout sessions as needed, where sharing occurs between elementary, middle, and high school roles.
